Harrison evolves Bar + Bloc’s iconic brand for urban locations
We were approached by Whitbread to evolve the iconic Beefeater brand and develop an offer specifically aimed at a younger demographic in urban High Street locations.
A new, modern, fresh design lends itself centre stage to the theatre of food and drink, with a dramatic open kitchen and stand-out central bar complemented by the warmth and conviviality of wood, leather and copper finishes. Space has been designed to cater for different customer demands throughout the day, from breakfast through to late evening dining. The exterior is distinctive, with clear views into the bar and restaurant.
